    How on earth do I develop six pack abs?

    Every New Year it’s the same perplexing question for millions of men all around the planet when they perceive their shapeless abdomen and long for the solid appearance of a bodybuilder or Hollywood star.

    So, as soon as the January 1st hangover has gone away they work furiously at the nearest gymnasium to obtain a six pack abs. Or they procure some ab exercise device and try to work out out at home.

    And for the almost all, January becomes February . . . becomes March . . . and still no six pack abs. And at that moment they give up, thinking it’s out of the question and they just don`t have “the right body type”.

    Maybe you are one of those guys mired in this yearly effort and sick of getting nowhere in your desire for a strong stomach.  Be honest, how many crunches did you do today. Was it 25? 75? 100? What about 200? Maybe 500?!

    Now, take a look at your belly … do you catch a sign of anything developing? More than likely, NO.

    OK, here`s the great big secret on the subject of six pack abs: You already possess them, you just can’t see them.

    I’m not joking. You don’t need to work out like a fanatic to grow them – because you’ve got them already. Even the 300-pound plump guy has got abs!  The catch is that we can`t catch sight of his – or yours – because they`re covered by a layer of fat.

    Now, training will assist in refining those abs and further define them, but exercise by itself will not deliver you a six pack fast because of the plain truth you have to get rid of the belly fat that is obscuring those gut muscles to bring to light the muscles that rest below.

    Oh yes, those muscles are there.

    Do this easy test: Tense your tummy muscles and prod them with a finger. Pretty solid, eh?!

    Now tummy fat is difficult stuff to shift – it can not be lost by working out only. It is lost by placing your main importance on the right food. The better you are eating on a daily basis, the quicker you will get rid of that fat and be able to catch sight of your six pack!

    You don`t need to proceed on a strict diet to get rid of tummy flab, you need to take up plain, healthy eating. The challenge with many standard diets is that individuals slash back so severely that the body thinks it is being starved, therefore it hangs on to its fat supplies – including those around the tummy.

    Embracing a healthy diet just means dumping garbage food, chopping salt and sugar consumption and consuming lean meats and fish and masses of vegetables and fruit. In this way you further the quality of “fuel” you deposit into your body.

    Cutting back weight-gaining foods like fries, burgers, baked goods, chocolate and processed foods loaded in fats and sugars will help condition your body and truly decrease the percentage of body fat

    Adding a little modest exercise will burn off extra fat stores – and uncover those six pack abs for all the planet (and the girls) go to the beach next summer!
