    2. Cardio exercises combined with muscle building: Men and women can benefit from this one as well as it utilizes all three of the principals I just mentioned above. When you go for a jog or a run strap ankle weights on to you or wrist weights, jog around and punch the air while you’re doing it. You can also try running up hill and then doing light push-ups once you reach the top of the hill. All of this will assist in your goal of body building.
