<p>It is easy to lose weight quickly and naturally if you have a systematic weight loss program. Many people failed to lose weight successfully because of the natural tendency to choose easy quick fix programs such as going on drastic diets, popping diet pills or persuaded to buy some exercise gadgets that simply do not work. In my other articles, I have addressed these issues and why such easy quick fix programs simply do not work in the long term and will not repeat them here.</p>
<p>To lose weight quickly, naturally and easily, you have to combine a healthy eating habit, correct cardio and strengthening exercises. We shall touch on the subject of how to lose weight quickly and naturally through a healthy eating program in this article.</p>
<p>• Increase Your Metabolism – Eat 5-6 small meals daily. It has been scientifically proven that by eating frequently, you will raise your body’s natural metabolism. That means your body will burn more fat naturally. You become a fat burning machine all day long.</p>
<p>• Eat Less Calories – Although you need to increase meal frequency to lose weight naturally, you must be mindful of your caloric consumption. Calories consumed must not exceed calories expanded for your daily energy. So keep your meals small and cut down on dietary fats as each gram of fat contains 9 calories whereas each gram of protein and carbohydrate contains only 4 calories.</p>

<p>The South Beach Diet works in phases. The first two use a specific timeframe and the third phase is used for life. With this method, you stop weighing food portions, stop counting calories, and stop feeling that you are being deprived of great tasting foods. With the South Beach Diet, you eat three normal sized meals and two snacks each day. The meal plans are designed to be flexible so that you can eat a variety of different foods.</p>
<p>The negatives of this diet is that the carbohydrate restriction in the first two weeks require a tough willpower and may leave you feeling weak and tired. You also may not be getting an adequate supply of vitamins and minerals in phase one because this phase does not emphasize the five fruit and vegetable servings that your body needs. Eliminating all carbohydrate foods during this phase means that you will be selling yourself short on quality fiber, iron, B vitamins, zinc, and calcium.</p>

<p>Why do so many people fail to achieve their fitness goals? First of all, they don’t have a plan for how to get started, and how they intend to accomplish those targets. It’s not entirely their fault, actually.</p>
<p>There are so many different diet fitness program options available nowadays, information overload is easier than ever. As a result, many people fail to identify the right workouts that will help them achieve their fitness goals the quickest.</p>
<p>There is no better workout to stay in shape than running. Long before weights, fitness equipment and home gyms were invented, the way human beings kept fit was simply running.</p>
<p>There are several benefits to running that are not easily replicable with other workouts. First of all, you can run anywhere, anytime you want to. Even if you don’t believe that you have enough time during the day to exercise, make time. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.</p>
<p>Run between your car and your work building. Run at lunch time. If you really can’t run at those times or anytime during the day, purchase a treadmill and run when you get home.</p>
<p>No matter how busy you think you are, there is always time to run. All you really need is a good 20 minutes of vigorous running every day to keep your body active and alert.</p>
<p>Another suggestion is to conduct your workout outdoors. Exercising outside can help you achieve your fitness quickly and enjoyable. Let’s face it-after spending the day inside, being outside always has a rejuvenating effect on the mind and body.</p>
<p>When you begin to jog outdoors, you will find yourself anticipating your workout throughout the day; this will likely cause you to achieve your results much faster. Before you hit the trails, however, make sure you know the area you will be running in, especially if it’s wooded. Many runners have gotten lost because of a failure to simply acquaint themselves with the trail and the area they will be jogging in.</p>
<p>Come prepared for bad weather. If a sudden rainstorm or even snowstorm hits in the middle of your workout, simply bringing a few extra layers of clothing will make a big difference.</p>
<p>The bottom line is, when you are first ready to embark on an exercise program, there is nothing better for your body than running. Jogging outdoors can be a great motivator to get you through the day and actually help you to accomplish your fitness goals much faster. The most important thing is to get started on your diet fitness program today.</p>
<p>All too many people set goals for getting fit, but fail to achieve them. When the time actually comes to take action, they put it off until tomorrow. Tomorrow becomes the next day, and the next, and so on.</p>
