• Dizziness

    Dizziness can be very unsettling as an adult. If your dizziness is a recurring event I would suggest that you see a doctor to determine the cause. When we were kids we used to spin in circles to make ourselves dizzy for fun but, as an adult, dizziness can be very concerning and never is it any fun.

    Note: Here are some potentially serious signs/ things that might accompany dizziness that should make you get to your doctor immediately;

    1. If you have ringing in your ears of deafness after a bout of dizziness
    2. If you notice difficulty in being able to speak
    3. If you experience chest pain, rapid heartbeat, blurred vision or numbness.

    So what are the possible causes of dizziness? The underlying severity of the dizziness is determined by its cause so it’s important to know what is causing your dizziness.

    1. Infection
    2. Bump to the head
    3. Low Blood Pressure
    4. Meniere’s Disease
    5. Dehydration
    6. Medications
    7. Inner Ear Problem
    8. Anemia
    9. Low Blood Sugar
    10. Hangover
    11. Migraine headaches
    12. Sunstroke, and others
