I remember several years ago being at one of our friend’s homes visiting, when my son came to me screaming, his ear swollen to the extent that he looked like that one ear was actually “bat-eared”, red and severely swollen.

Some do not like the taste of apple cider vinegar so if this applies to you mix it with a little honey. I usually take a shot glass, fill it 1/4 with apple cider vinegar, 1/4 with honey and 1/4 with warm water to help it mix together.

I’ve been giving this to my son since he was about 4 years old whenever he had diarrhea or any stomach issues. Usually just a few sips will do the trick for kids. For adults I would suggest drinking the whole shot glass mixture. You will be amazed at how effective this is.
